Large brand like Ford, Jeep, Volkswagon
Cons
Belconnen site full of white middle aged racist mens with 80s mentality, Dealer principal useless and its all about the numbers, they will give you a huge trauma and kick you out

Pros
Your co workers and some management are great to work with. Can have some flexibility in work/life balance. Phillip branch great place to work.
Cons
Heavily encouraged to not take leave. Very toxic management, lots of backstabbing, poor treatment of employees even if you've been here 10+ years. Sales mentality from the 80's. Management won't even look at you for weeks then ambush you with a scathing meeting that is not constructive - could be called bullying in nature. Belconnen site is the worse of the two sites.
