The children are treated like cattle like previously stated. The employees are treated that way as well, extremely high turnover rate even for a seasonal job. It is usually very cliquey and friends get promoted faster. Mileage is below California rates, you may or may not get a lunch break (even if you get paid through it sometimes you need that rest.) The equipment is very outdated and malfunctions frequently and you are expected to make up for that for every student, teachers and staff can be rude, their feedback system is flawed and management needs to work on professionalism and following through with their responsibilities. You are critiqued more than rewarded, it seems like you are working for crumbs at times and they expect that to be good enough.
