      People are Nice and good spirited

      Cons

      The Owners policies are bad for moral and business, He simply doesn't care about people at a personal level. I've watched him sit at his Desk, Day after Day without saying a word to anyone. He Hires Autistic and disabled Migrant workers for cheap wages to line his pockets and I feel sorry for his soul.

This is evident in the investment in the latest machine equipment technology to deliver high-capacity speed and precision manufacturing to all our customers. This is done with talented and dedicated employees! We regret the experience of this particular employee, however, when it comes to the respect and the safety of our employees and property, we take misconduct very seriously and the appropriate actions were taken in accordance to our company policies.

      Thank you for your feedback. As a CNC machine operator, you can only work as fast as the cycle time for each part being produced and per our standards, we do require our operators to ensure their work area is safe and clean as per our safety standards. This standard applies to all departments and is something we are proud of and recognized for by our customers.

      Some of the coworkers were pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and immature. There is no real HR department to handle any issues. You will work tirelessly and it will be thankless. The place is a joke.
