      weekly pay checkisn't so bad.

      Cons

      - Horrible Bosses - No training - Everything is your fault not your managers. - Favoritism, the CEO has a soft spot for one of the equipment reps and she got two raises in less than a year. - Bosses lie in their favor against you. - Customers are terrors and run the company more than the owners. - Owners come in do some work then close their doors to practice their music instead of being active CEO's. - No room for growth - No kept promises. - BIGGEST ISSUE NO HUMAN RESOURCES TO SPEAK TO.

      No raise. Not good benefits

      Pros

      Paid jewish holidays. Pizza every bday.

      Cons

      No raises. I have been working here for 7 years and I have recievd a raise once for a dollar. Benefits are too expensive, about $100-120 a week for single person and the medical insurance is not even good with high copays. 401k with no match to employer.
