      Pros

      Occasional free food. That's all I can come up with.

      Cons

      No one in management knows what they are doing. And don't bother bringing up a concern because they will never "look into it" as they will promise. They are too concerned with money to care one bit about their employees. They just want you to think they care so they will say all the right things but do nothing.

      Pros

      You get to talk with all sorts of different people, it challenges your problem solving skills. The owners (not managers) really value the employees and a few times a year will show their appreciation.

      Cons

      Very repetative. Same thing day in and out. If you're not BFF's with management, good luck getting anything you want or need, no promises are kept. Zero schedule flexibility. Very Catty/Gossipy/Backstabbing type of company.

      Kind people work here and it was a pretty nice facility, in a sense.

      Cons

      When hired, I was told that I'd need to provide "proof" of completing my Pharmacy Technician National Certification through some sort of class, although I've been certified for 10 years. However, I was being trained by a guy who is maybe 19-25ish years of age, who has no certification, and has no interest/ intent of getting one. I was very turned off by the who situation. It felt extremely shady and like a waste of my talent. Also, I noticed that a lot of desk areas in the processor/phone team portion of the office are EXTREMELY messy. When I say messy, I mean MESSY AND GROSS as in: moldy lunch dishes, papers everywhere with no type of order, and no organization. I don't know if they have mice/rats, but I'm 99% leaning towards the idea that those buggers probably come out at night...
