Interview was misleading about almost everything. Minimal training. Antiquated software and procecedures. Not enough IT support available. Not everyone uses the document management system and the alternative consists of folders on different drives that are not searchable. The few times information was shared it was incomplete or inaccurate. Promised a team to back me up and help me acclimate but discovered that said team was either non-existent or consisted of a group of bullies who enjoy gaslighting others. Complaints to HR about incidents dealt out by that group went ignored even though the admission was made that they were aware of the problem. Extensive workload, lots of unnecessary stress, and extremely high turnover by staff and attorneys. Sadly, the worst place ever worked in my career.

- High turn over - There are some cliques, including the bullies - Notoriously underpaid - While some get away with not working AT ALL - their work falls to those below them, and it falls to the latter worker to make sure it gets taken care of, or else.
