      Company culture is great. The HR team tries to be engaging and friendly with people and tries to do things to keep morale up.

      Cons

      Lots of change, little communication on the reasoning. Lots of cooks in the kitchen, but they do not communicate with each other well.

      "Let's do our best to save money." Spends $5k on last minute things. Mandates OT to accomplish an already late order Can't seem to respond to customers or provide dates on orders months past due.
