      Honest company that is people-first

      Pros

      A down-to-earth local agency that reminds true to its core value of being people-first. We worked very hard and were rewarded fairly. If you think you are here to be "just another employee", look elsewhere because this place requires you to earn your keep and set goals for your career.

      Cons

      Management is too kind as some employees are simply not able to perform their task and this put strain on the performers. Over the course of last year, we have seen some weird, out-of-this world individuals being employed but thankfully they were not confirmed. Bitter-sweet I know, but thankfully we are so over them.

      A place you can fight hard, play harder

      Pros

      Company trip, hybrid work from home, flexi working hours and place. Environment is very nurturing as seniors (some newly appointed) stepped up and share the common vision of the younger generation we grew up assuming so. Now that I am in the new company, I finally realised this isn't a given anywhere. I had a good time learning and growing in my creative journey in Germs and hope they will continue to thrive into the future.

      Cons

      Indecisive clients can be a pain sometimes. We tend to have more checks than other places I have been which can be a good or a bad thing I guess. It ensures we get closer to what clients want but will mean we have "internal client" to see to.

      A good place but SG is getting unaffordable

      Pros

      Fair practice within agency. We get day off for late nights of work. We reason to get the best output possible. No ego at all. Seniors are great human who help you along. Management take time off for 1 to 1 session to improve in anyway.

      Cons

      It's not your fault but SG is getting way too expensive. If you cannot perform well here (which you have no reason), it might just be your speed.
