I would rather flip burgers at McDonalds.
Pros
Amazing bunch of international co-workers.
Cons
The only reason I am writing a review here is that I don't like how honest opinions of former employees "mysteriously" disappear from other job posting websites. Some reasons why I left: 1. You are supposed to work as a digital content expert, but you will most likely end up answering calls and managing complaints on a daily basis. You have very little time to focus on the essentials of the job because you will be sorting out technical issues and chasing upper management for answers (who strongly encourages you to keep chasing instead of resolving the issues). 2. Very basic training is provided - what you don't learn yourself in your free time (such as online marketing courses), you don't get. 3. There are no benefits (except for the standard pension scheme) and nowhere to progress. Good work is rewarded with more work. If you speak more languages, you will likely end up managing other accounts on top of yours. 4. Senior management seems to be quite disrespectful towards their employees - don't expect to get a good reference after your departure, however loyal and hardworking you might have been. You will most likely be blamed for the company's bad performance. There is a lot of micromanagement and monitoring involved as well, which focuses on quantity rather than quality.
