      Although there is a good working environment its certainly not the best choice for career growth.

      Pros

      Staff is trained well to carry out operations. Its a good place to gain experience and improve communication and customer services skills.

      Cons

      Salary package is less, increments are very low, there are no attractive benefits. Management is completely ignorant about employees' growth and no there is no attention paid for retaining good employees.

      Well known and good for building CV, good for gaining experience and making Personal relationships, every employee's minimum education is Masters.

      Cons

      Less Salary, no rights for Employees, greedy CEO, greedy management and greedy Finance, they don't know how to make any employee rule, using people in a wrong way for their betterment.
