      Pros

      Honestly can't think of any when speaking about the Calgary HO however my interaction with people outside of this office were very positive.

      Cons

      This office is an awful environment to work in, there are 2 people in the office who think they are better than everyone else in the global company and it really brings down moral and self esteem. Unfortunately they are in management positions but if at all possible do not work here, Now if you can get into the branch or other parts of the company great but stay away from the Calgary HO.

We feel we have amazing people who work hard for us each and every day. It is understandable that in a company our size that at times there will be personality conflicts and we regret that you experienced this.       I honestly can’t think of one.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance, inapt management that is run by dictatorship. Management leaves early while you stay and work with no OT. They will run you into the ground and sabotage your career if you complain. They claim to have a “family like culture” but they fail to mention that the family is tremendously dysfunctional and abusive! Keep your self-esteem and stand in line at the food bank rather than work for this company. They have a foul reputation and have now become “that Company”!
