In some cases, proactive team members have created their own unique roles aligned with company objectives and advanced their careers that way. As a high-growth and high performance culture, the pace of change can seem daunting - but over the past five years we've consistently hit our growth targets and hope to continue to do so into the future. A good majority of our new hires come from direct referrals from our current team members which attests to a positive workplace culture.
