Pros

Nothing. Some friends along the way. That's it really.

Cons

Worst job ever. Super high turn over. Weird cult fraternity mentality. Can't make up the fake positivity that this company displays on these weekly calls and pointless "OH look at us, we did this to improve a d help drive up sales" which is a load of lies to create false hype that you're of value and you're doing everything to keep your job. They love hiring straight out of college kids looking for a big break. This place is a shame, the management is too. Anybody they choose to promote they manipulate to push the agenda of "awesome sauce, we're killing it because you're killing it" which is a load of lies and your barely making any money with how the frequently shift their quota. Its pathetic. Can't wait to see this company fail. I'll be there day one to celebrate it.

Pros

GetScale gave me some of the most formative professional experience I've had. The environment is fast paced and hands-on, which means you learn quickly and get exposure to real problems early. The high volume phone environment teaches you to move fast, embrace feedback, lean on your peers, and get comfortable with the growing pains. If you want reps and at-bats, you'll get them here. There's a genuine culture of doing the work, not just talking about it. I built skills here that I still rely on daily, from coaching and team development to thinking operationally in complex, regulated spaces. If you show up ready to contribute, people notice and doors open.

Cons

Like a lot of companies in growth mode, the infrastructure doesn't always keep up with the intention. That can mean extra weight on the people who care most. The pace and intensity of a high volume floor can wear people down, which can be a challenge for retention. But in my experience, the culture at GetScale outweighs that challenge 9 times out of 10. Processes and priorities can shift quickly, sometimes without clear communication or documentation, which can cause headaches for management trying to boost buy-in and friction for teams trying to execute at a high level.

Pros

-If you are a recent college grad, you're motivated and you are a fast learner, they will give you a chance. I appreciate this so much. -Training was detailed (6 weeks, I think). This really set me up for success. -Managers are knowledgeable and friendly -Culture is top-tier. There were events to look forward to every month. -I will miss the 40-hour work week. I expect to work more than 50 hours a week at my next job.

Cons

Compensation could be better, but it is an entry-level sales job. No complaints outside of this. I left about a month ago to pursue a sales role where I can hopefully make six figures. The only way to make more than eighty a year here is to move into a team lead or sales manager role. I don't want to manage people.
