The pay is miserable and the job comes with absolutely no benefits. The management doesn't know what they are doing. The company is run by idiots that drive Ferraris and employ their friends as management. With 15 years of IT experience, I was only paid 8K which I only accepted because I could work from home. After a year working for them, I was then however forced to work from the office, even though the management knew that my physical disability prohibited this. I, therefore, was forced to look for a new job, but while I was doing so I was threatened and insulted on a daily basis, as they were trying to force me out of the company. The company also forces you to take on five tasks that do not have anything to do with your job description, and that you are also not paid extra for.

The company waste a lot money on staff events and facilities, rather than using some of that money for benefits like medical aid or pension funds. The company is based around being the next Google in Cape Town and this is where they fall short. Opportunities as limited for people of colour as the entire management team (except for one or two are of colour due to government regulation) even the executive committee is just a group of white people. I would recommend taking the job, get experience and go to a company where you can grow as horizontal growth is not a thing.
