Unimpressive organisation. Management is self focused, not interested in promoting from beneath for fear of threat to their own job .

-High frequency of resignations, in two years i had 3 service managers resigned/redundancy over two years. -Office environment was stressful. -Service team do not support new members. -All trainings were local, lack of product knowledge, trainers were so un professional.
