Pros

No prons but lot of cons

Cons

Working at GharOffice has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company's work culture is abysmal, and I regret every moment spent there. I would strongly advise anyone considering a job at GharOffice to think twice before subjecting themselves to this toxic environment.

Pros

i put all the things in cons

Cons

I worked in the company Leadrat for almost one month. When I joined the company, a few people joined along with me. Right after joining, they started observing and judging employees in the initial days, and based on their judgment, they terminated us. They also terminated me, but then they asked me to rejoin the company, and I agreed. However, after rejoining, they started disrespecting and abusing me multiple times. I decided to resign, and on the day of my resignation, they clearly mentioned that they would not provide a full and final settlement (FNF) because I resigned. In the beginning, they promised to pay me for each day I worked, but now they have denied it. I just want to know one thing: if they terminate employees, it's okay, but when employees resign because of issues within the organization, it goes against their own policies. How fair is that? I want to convey one thing to Mr. Himanshu, the CEO of Gharoffice (Leadrat). You should know that I lied when you discussed about your manager with me. Aditya was right, your manager insulted him and instructed everyone not to book a demo for two days. Aditya's assumptions about your manager were not false. Your manager told us to lie, and I did it perfectly because she hired me, and I knew her since my first day. We were on the same team. Manasa is also aware of this. But again, everything was blamed on me. One thing I would like to mention is that you should change your few team member. Everything else is perfect in your organization, and every employee is good. I'm saying this because if we have a problem, we report it to the manager, then Manager tells the HR, and the HR tells the CEO. They simply pass on the information without attempting to solve the problem at their level. If they are not capable, why have you given them senior positions? If they continue to behave like this, one day your organization will definitely face Negative things.
