Strong family oriented culture. Diverse culture of employees. Positive work culture and willingness to help where possible.

Cons

Overpromised graduate rotations but didn't deliver. Working as part of a joint venture means promotions and recognition are harder to come by. Small Australian branch for a much larger international company with limited job opportunities in Australia. Construction is still struggling to adapt to a health work/life balance.
