Pros

Ghost main office of coppenhagen is the one carrying all the stellar projects of this company. Their knowledge and skillset are solid and allowed the original Ghost team to create amazing shots.

Cons

The espansion to multiple locations/offices was not accompanied with a good strategy and relied on individual artist/crews to adapt. Instead of owning their lack of direction, upper management let the team tear each others aprt from the inside without hope of support from them. This created one of the worst toxic environment I encountered in my carreer.

Their cons are their pro. No management . Zero accountability to employees. No business structure in place .

Cons

Cons are countless but an unethical company. I would never work here. They have no clue of what they are doing in terms of positive cash flow. Everyone is there till everything crashes. They used the strike to cut off so many employees with zero communication.
