      The managers are terrible. The head of HR is the CEO’s wife. Micro aggressions on the daily from the other employees of the company. Topics of politics (trump supporters) in the work place. If you aren’t White and Republican, this can be an uncomfortable environment to work in, if you are actually paying attention

      Bankruptcy in the near future, barely making payroll

      Not many, people are leaving and not being replaced. the office is a Ghost town.

      Cons

      Where to start? Upper management micromanages, Sales/Marketing has no Marketing plan, grasping for anything that will sell. The offices are like a country club, employees coming and going whenever they want, Upper management plays favorites to certain employees, no room for advancement, sales are dropping 25% each year. Making payroll every two weeks is never certain. Layoffs on the horizon. The owners are Narcissistic, they treat employees as second class citizens.
