      Pros

      FARM Digital is a great company to work for. The management team treat everybody equally regardless of role and are supportive throughout your work. FARM offer employees a bunch of different perks, treat all of their staff to lunch twice a month, and give us a variety of events throughout the year.

      Cons

      The FARM team works remotely. Although this can be fantastic, sometimes it can reduce communication a little. But the FARM management have been pulling together ideas to improve this, and I am already starting to see the communication levels rise.

      Thank you for this review. I'm glad something small like buying lunch is making a difference to how you feel about work! I (Jon) agree that there are difficulties with a fully remote team; hopefully the changes we have coming soon with the phone system will help improve this as it'll be easier to drop straight into a voice/video call with less friction.
