Pros

Lots of inventory from pre-owned to new

Cons

The management team was not well versed in managing people. They were generally sales people that did well and then moved to management. No real leadership training. They also bounce around from location to location, then to competitors and back. Its a big revolving door. Also the reps they hire are questionable. Some are good people, others are on the verge of criminal
