Pros

A talented group of people who work hard to provide the best experience possible to their customers.

Cons

Very lean organization, teams are extremely stretched and are always scrambling just to maintain business as usual. Growth or development of new offerings is still a ways off while they're just focused on keeping the lights on.

Pros

The compensation at this company is exceptional, providing a strong base salary. It's a family-oriented organization that offers the flexibility of being 100% remote. The internal support structure is outstanding, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. The Managed Services Operations Manager is highly competent, demonstrating kindness, trustworthiness, empathy, and a helpful nature. The Managed Services Admins are noted for their intelligence and willingness to go above and beyond in their roles. The technicians in the Professional Services department stand out for their remarkable intelligence. They actively contribute to discussions and sales efforts, significantly exceeding their regular responsibilities. The COO of the company is impressive, showcasing intelligence, attention to detail, and an ability to consistently ask pertinent questions. The CEO adds a personal touch to the workplace, known for being friendly, remembering everyone's names, engaging with all employees, and treating them with fairness and respect.

Cons

The company operates with a distinct small-scale business atmosphere. Salary payments are made on a monthly basis, typically at the end of each month, using a system akin to Sage or Quickbooks. There are limited avenues for earning overtime compensation. Career advancement opportunities within the company are somewhat restricted, particularly in terms of moving beyond initial job roles. General Personal Observations: The sales team, including Account Executives, tends to adopt a passive approach, often waiting for business opportunities to emerge spontaneously. This leads to sales meetings that often feel repetitive and predictable in their content. Growth is subsequently stunted. The CTO exhibits a tendency to be overly involved in areas that may not require his intervention, while simultaneously showing a lack of engagement in areas where his involvement might be beneficial. His manner of interaction often comes across as interruptive and perceived as rude and arrogant. The overall impression of the HR department, including the language used in their help center, employment contracts, and other documentation, seems outdated, reminiscent of practices from the 80s and 90s.
