Pros
Has fruits available from northern and southern hemisphere. Produce quality is ok. Can be good to learn as a first approach to industry. If looking for money then payment is not the best but ok and its ok to recommend this company, however not for career development.
Cons
Lack of HR policies and guidelines for offices outside HQ. No clear roles. Distant communication. No corporate culture. Don't care about expat executives. No clear career development. Very hierarchical and old style family business approach. No clear KPIs.
