Avoid at all costs. The positive reviews are lies.

Pros

Truly no pros, if you are "employed" here you will not get paid. Beware and don't accept any "offers". I know the CEO will have asked any current volunteers he still has to leave the positive reviews that are most recent. Do not believe them. Google the CEO, do your research, ask former employees.

Cons

Everything about this company is a con. The CEO, the literal 0 paychecks at this point. I am still in touch with a couple of the last "employees" at GIddy and nothing has improved since I worked here in 2022. They lost their office warehouse (that I can confirm was used to house the CEO's luxury cars), and they do not receive paychecks. They still try to hire people even knowing they will not get paid.

Pros

I've had the chance to work on some incredibly fascinating projects as a digital marketing specialist. They are constantly searching for fresh approaches to interact with clients and maintain their competitive edge. I adore the sense of belonging to a group that is constantly trying new things and experimenting.

Cons

Especially during campaign launches, the pace might occasionally be a little too fast.

The Owner Commits Wage Theft

Pros

None. When you can’t rely on a regular paycheck from a salaried position, there are no positives that can out weigh the negatives.

Cons

I left Giddy in the fall of 2023. At that time, I was owed more than 5 weeks worth of pay. Now, it’s March of 2025 and I have yet to received the wages I’m owed. The Texas Worforce Commission has ruled in my favor on this matter and has moved forward with collections procedures. I have spoken with many former Giddy employees in this same situation.
