They believe in people and take care of them. All the leaders are experienced and know what they are doing in their spaces. Everyone is focused on a single goal and working towards it.

I'm one of the founders of Giddy so of course I'm going to speak highly of my baby. The good thing is it isn't hard to think of great things to say. We are fortunate enough to have started out with an incredibly strong team in an exciting industry. We are uniquely equipped to improve so many of DeFi's shortcomings in order to truly bring value to peoples' lives. We are in that honeymoon phase where everyone is moving the needle and there is no time for politics and nonsense. When a group of good people with passion and expertise come together to solve extremely tricky problems, it's magical. We will strive to keep the strong culture around for as long as possible.
