Pros
When I started in 2012, there was a buzz that we were on the edge of something special. Hands down it's the best work environment I've ever experienced. Everyone was happy, helpful and collaborative.

I really liked the people I was working with. The office is in a great location for bike commuting and for good lunch options as well as coffee.
Cons
Entrenched and terrible e-commerce technology, not paying employees, bad marketing, and a lack of product focus. They have a really cool product and a community of users, and it's truly amazing to me that given the level of talent that was around when I was there that the company did so poorly. With real leadership, this company could have really taken off when I was there.
