Pros
It's a startup with a really important mission, which was why I joined. It's also got great people and a nice environment. You've got to be a self starter who can work out what needs doing and do it, but people are very helpful with help and support etc. We’ve got a very flexible, ‘get involved’ culture. People will do well here if they see the bigger picture and want to get involved in all parts of the tech stack.
Cons
None really, it's a startup environment so there's lots of experimentation and a fast pace of change, which can be challenging.
