Pros

The company has a great name in the community. The work itself I liked. I liked meeting new people every day, working and knowing the residents.

Cons

The company doesn't care about the staff. Cut everyone commission, zero training, and only does events for corporate, doesn't care about anyone else in the company.

You do not need a college education to work here. Room for growth due to high turn over. Learn a lot and fast.

Cons

High turn over If you do not get in good with management in the beginning of your career, your employment will be short with this company. I worked here for over 5 years. Treats tenants like they are only money not humans, this company never used to be like this. They pay way less now, they were hiring property managers for $26k per year.
