      Pros

      -some interesting landscape projects -central location in London

      Cons

      -extremely high staff turnover, there is a reason why they're always looking for a new staff -for a small company, it is surprising that the management is completely disconnected from the staff, uninterested in staff needs -very top-down, staff are talked down -poor work-life balance with negative working environment/culture -lack of support for growth, no mentorship

      Good range of global project with some big name clients, all creating a dynamic CV.

      Cons

      Hard to get real career progression, even when pushed for hard. Poorly managed, overworked and not compensated for the extra effort sufficiently. hard to get salary progression, NOT a people focused organisation.
