Pros

Tech team were mostly supportive, knowledgeable and kind, they are an invaluable asset to the firm.

Cons

Top-down management, staff are not consulted before important decisions are made on matters, such as a new case management system. Culture is toxic which has seen the firm have a high turnover of conveyancers and technical team members within the last couple of years. HR are slow at dealing with issues raised with them and overall do not prioritise wellbeing of staff. Firm largely focusses on bottom line/financial success in conveyancing meetings.

Pros

The toilets are reasonably clean

Cons

Inadequate systems, non existent training, maybe a day, zero support, managers who have never been trained to manage, impossible targets, focussing on manipulating reports for referrers rather than improving the client experience, awful atmosphere and culture so new staff go long term sick, loyal staff take the load then eventually leave, worst retention I've ever seen
