The location and the early finish on a Friday. That's it

- Bullying by MD - MD is manipulative and an absolute bully, wants to be surrounded by yes people - Compulsive lying to create situations - Selfish, poor rewards, commission structure is not great. Commission not received after leaving. - Not good for people looking to develop their career, no time dedication, training is poor - Team structure isn’t great, no senior staff with ‘proper’ management experience for younger team members - No team building actitivies to encourage or incentive staff - No set rules on who works on what, business is rang in for one consultant and passed to another

The office is based in a beautiful place, and the work life balance is pretty good 9-5 hours.

Cons

Everything from Management, to the way the company is ran is awful. I would not recommend GR as a place to work.

No care for the wellbeing of staff

Total and complete lack of care of the staff's mental wellbeing. A bullying culture that places blame on staff and management that refuse to ever accept responsibility. An individual was badly suffering with ongoing mental health problems l. Despite knowing the full history of this, the manager still put blame on this individual and said that they were the reason why no one wanted to be in the office. The irony of this being that it was the manager's behaviour and attitude that was the real reason no one wanted to be there. I have never heard of such disgraceful behaviour from a manager and supposed friend. To say that to an individual at such a vulnerable and emotional time is completely inexcusable. If you care about your own mental wellbeing, and wellbeing of others around you I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.

This review is not only wrong but defamatory. As far as we are aware we have been notified of one instance of a member of staff having mental health issues. That person was given lots of support; financially, medically and making a number of significant changes to the individuals role to hep make life easier. If the person making this review is the individual effected then you know what extra-ordinary support they received, if not (which I am assuming) you know nothing of the support given because the matter is a confidential matter between Ginger and that individual.
