      Never work with Tech Mahindra agency

      Sure, here's a shorter version: I'm very disappointed with Tech Mahindra. The pay is far below industry standards, and the leave policy is terrible, making it hard to get time off. Management is uncommunicative and unsupportive, creating a toxic work culture. There's little opportunity for career growth or development, and work-life balance is non-existent, leading to high stress and burnout. Overall, I do not recommend Tech Mahindra as an employer.

      1. Friendly, warm, highly responsible and curious colleagues 2. Open to experimentation of new ideas and lots of autonomy 3. High innovation (discovery team) drive 4. Recently started to track and make meaning of all the data

      Cons

      1. Moving away from self-organization and autonomous teams towards strict performance and metrics culture with the "we have decided" coming from informal leadership circle 2. Onboarding is superficial and unclear (similar to "good luck, you're smart, you'll figure it out, bye") 3. No longer living the handbook (time for a full re-write)
