Pros

None , management here s**k .. they dont provide u the tools needed. Heck , even wh8 look like chicken coop . They dont even bother with non working Aircon for like years

Cons

Stupid management , all they ever care are profit. Bonus ? Forget about it 😉.. no career advancement whatsoever . Hell , even the supervisor work for a long time just recently got raise cause he threatens to resign 🤣.

Free parking, late comer need to double park & relocate car all the time

Cons

- whole office 3 level only got 1 microwave, and pantry just next to toilet - unisex toilet, which you need to be the cleaner every time you enter, disgusting - working hour from 830am - 630pm - RM 0.3 millage claim per km as of today, no improvement from management - no clear direction from management - always last mins task due to management style last min - bonus will issue separately during CNY & Raya, means if you get 1 month bonus 0.5 issue on CNY another 0.5 month issued on Raya - force leave during CNY, for malay & non malay workers
