Pros

Middle managers are, in general, quite accesible and easy-to work with. Good atmosphere with your colleagues.

Cons

CEOs are the worst I have seen in all terms: expertise (self confidents when the company is sinking), people management (shouting and disrespectfully approach to people when they are in a bad mood or when the president is "excited") and totally lack of passion for innovation. Ah! The company is located in the middle of nowhere.
