In the beginning the facility was a good place to work but it went downhill from there

Pros
Salary was good, decent raises while I was there. Benefits were comparable to other companies. Time off was decent. sick time was okay
Cons
Upper manangement was going downhill fast, you would have to "fly by seat of your pants" most of the time.Project manager were horrible about getting projects and then trying to rush them through. You had some personnel the were named " The untouchables" in other words..no matter what they did good or bad ...they were always rewarded

This used to be a good place to work under the old management team...not no more

Mangement team want to dictate everything you do....including giving them extra billing hours for projects that do not require it ....they just want to make a profit...
