Enjoyable STEM activities but limited advancement options

Pros

Working with kids who are interested in STEM and seeing them engage with the activities was highly enjoyable. Also, all of the details for the activities you lead were provided, which made set-up easier and management was very easy to work with.

Cons

Very limited career advancements opportunities and there were occasional behavioral concerns with campers. It could also get super busy so you may work with roughly 15-20 kids (somewhat solo) at a time.
