Highly Biased Company and no culture for appreciation

1. No appreciation for your work 2. Your suggestions are next to nothing, however, later on the same suggestions will be suggested by your seniors on their own name, thereby taking the credit completely. 3. As you spend more time in the company, you will start becoming a threat for it, hence they will find stupid reasons to terminate you. 4. Appraisal -Ohhhh! no never ever talk about good appraisal in this company. If you want good hike then you should fulfill the following criterion: a - You should be a family or friend to the senior authorities b - You should know how to do buttering perfectly c - If not immediate family or friend, you should at least be a very good friend with company's family or friends d- You should know how to make fool that you work at nights even.
Cons
This company has no cons. If you don't love yourself and don't want to get a good career growth, then this is the best company for you to work. Also the notice period is of 3 months so think before you enter into this hell.

1. Good exposure 2. Most of the senior management are alumni of Tier 1 and Premier B-Schools 3. Quite a few of the senior management folks are very supportive and collaborative
Cons
Well the list goes long 1. They are a selfish bunch of people. You can only work in this organization till you have a purpose to solve. The day you complete the task they will chuck you out. 2. Worst HR and Admin department ever seen in an organization. HR's always pretend to be super busy however have a closer look and most of the times you will see them gossiping. Most of the managers and business unit heads are taking support from external vendors to expand their team when inside the organization they have a huge bunch of recruiters. Finance team never ever processes reimbursement claims on time. BIG PAIN !!! Admin & IT team is too book bounded and never ever use logic. Even for a AC remote or getting a WiFi password one has to mark an email to them and mention an approval from their immediate manager. I mean SERIOUSLY !!!! Admin staff is too rude in their behavior. 3. CEO's and senior management officials barely interact with team members who are not in their favorite list. 4. They dont provide any transportation facility for their employees. Employees have to travel on their own and claim reimbursements which take forever to be processed. 5. Dont even dare to voice your opinion about any issue. You will be considered as a jerk only.
