Business outlook
Pros
All company members are nice and create good ambience between coworkers. Schedule is very flexible. There's a company lunch every week. There's a freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave.
Cons
Lack of pressure/support results in very different ideas from what the product should look like between developers and managers. There are no lunch allowance, at least for interns, which should be fine since there are kitchen utensils but there is a lack of chairs/tables.
