Thank you for taking the time to communicate your experience. We strive to make expectations and communication as transparent as possible. We have multiple meetings and surveys to capture feedback to include multiple new hire surveys, multiple meetings between employee and supervisor in the form of individual weekly check-ins, team weekly meetings, sporadic culture surveys, monthly company-wide meetings, quarterly touchpoints, and annual reviews; all with individualized KPI’s. It is always our goal within leadership to filter communication accurately and effectively and we are committed to continue to work on this important component as your concerns indicate there can be some improvements here. Your feedback is invaluable to improving and growing our teams in a positive direction. Thank you.

Pros

Small company where you can work remote. 3 weeks vacation starting out prorated.

Cons

I've never seen such a high percentage of turnover. No health benefits and poor upper management. Lack of transparency when it comes to salaries per position.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to read that you were frustrated when you left. Our leadership team has tried to be as transparent as possible with the team during a major re-structure of the company. We had to make some changes after 2020 due to the impact of Covid on our industry and business. Change can be difficult, and we knew heading into 2021 that not everyone on the team would want to stay onboard for the change as we implement more structure, accountability and process into the business that serves our clients & ultimately our team in a better way. Thank you for your contribution for the time you were with us. We will learn from your comments & continue to improve our business as we are here to serve & continue to strive to build a wonderful culture for our team & partners.
