      Pros

      Fast paced and target driven as recruitment agencies are, but with a supportive and collaborative environment. A combination of hands on internal and external training throughout your career. Success is really celebrated within the company. Company perks like 'excellent monthly lunch club' are achievable for new joiners, so you can make an impact early. At higher levels there are really rare perks such as being able to travel/work abroad for 1 month every year. Hybrid working structure and good working hours/good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The recruitment industry is tough at the moment, so it can be harder to get results and high levels of commission than in previous years.
