Pros

- Flexible work culture - Positive attitude of employees - Most people are good

Cons

- Low pay scale - More focus on one time donors and less on subscription-based donors - People generally quit between years 1 and 2 of employment. - Some people join the social sector for the cause but some people join just to grab the limelight in this sector.

Pros

- Mental health partner is there to provide free therapies - Unlimited leaves policy - Scope to take individual responsibilities and ownership

Cons

- Lack of vision and structure, dipping their toes in everything - jack of all trades master of none - Spreading resources too thin, not appreciating employees internally, they hire for top positions externally just to get brand names in - Hiring excessively for top positions, but no proper hike/appraisals for lower bands who do the daily work - Slowly, the upper management is becoming closed to ideas from lower bands
