      - Some kind, smart, intelligent people - A lot of potential - Fun holiday party

      Cons

      - incredibly cliquey - the company is falling apart and therefore every work "perk" withers away daily - if you're unlucky enough to be at the NoHo office it's hell - petty, incompetent upper management

      Leaderless. Working here feels like being in a constant state of shell shock—maybe understandable given all of GMG's internal instability since the bankruptcy, couple with broader media industry instability.
