the money was the best upside to the job

long hours time away from family, you will have to work weekend and nights. Also when no one wants to work there will be manditory overtime.

Good pay, set hours, lots of overtime due to hortage of workers.

Cons

Lots of mandatory overtime, and very inexperienced or professional supervisors and Plant Management. They are currently churning through Plant Leadership, and just like production staff the people in leadership positions are not always quaklified or to be trusted. Lots of gossiping and inconsistent application of rules and regulations resulting in a culture of favoritism. Plus they actually stated that they did not give a raise as big as they could because they wanted to be among the top paying companies but not the Top paying cvompany. That was a wild thing for Plant managment to say in the all Plant meeting
