The owner ericka is extremely disrespectful, she changes the rules all the time this is a free will job so they are able to fire you out of nowhere. She changes the rules a lot you have to sell memberships in order to keep you’re job. Otherwise you’ll probraly get fired or get you’re hours cut there’s no job security you can lose you’re job at any given time. It’s an unprofessional place to work. I personally don’t care what happens to this business it’s a joke.
