You get paid but it isn’t worth it.

Cons

No system in place for new employees. Mid management lazy and hostile towards new employees. Bullying in work place and lack of professionalism.

Pros

This honestly cannot be a worse run company. Avoid if possible, you will regret working here so much. It is genuinely awful.

Cons

Managers are bullies, work life balance is non existent, commutes are ridiculous, no order or guidance, current management and seniors are very condescending and severely over paid. No career progression. They basically get funded by Irish Water and waste tax payer money. HR also don’t respect privacy.
