Front facing staff are very nice and do everything that they can to make your experience there enjoyable. Genuinely some of the best people I have worked with.
Cons
Cliquey management, unrealistic expectations, pushing you to do things you have stated gives you anxiety. Double standards, favouritism. Higher levels of staff within the office are condescending and create issues that they're not willing to resolve.
Lower level staff are nice (customer service- meet and greet) staff…. THATS ALL
Cons
Management team undervalue staff if you need supported. They are unwilling to change/adapt to new different ways of working around challenges (one way fits all) so anyone who doesn’t fit is made to feel discriminated and forced to leave when they mentally put pressure on you. Pay is as low as they can get away with.
