Pros

Benefits and Retirement plan, paychecks were good but you earn them, Great Local team. They do care about you & family initially.

Cons

After I quit, they had 3 people doing the job I did. I asked for help in the office(b/4 i quit) and they said and i quote 'we can't h i re anyone, you are too busy to train them'. No raise in 2 years, bonuses threatened if 'you don't do this or that' HR says they care-but.... Out of state management that hated us. When we were acquired they said 'nothing will change'. Obscene amount of errors from the call center, no one in upper management takes feedback if you are a lowly CSR that had been doing the same job for 20 years. You are blamed if the call center takes a stolen credit card for payment. You are always expected to do more and more and there is no compensation for it. No pre planning, no game plans that are put in place. Corporate does not listen to the small shops they acquire and blow smoke up your butt. Upper management does NOT take negative feed back. They get butt hurt if called out. They only want 'yes men' and butt kissers. They really do not care how much stress they p ut you under, they expect 12 hours of work in 8 and do not want to pay OT, but yet will not help you out. Try to get a promotion-not going to happen. If by chance you do get promoted, there is NO training and very little support, until they are ready to fire you.

Pros

It's decent pay if you're looking for something entry level and they'll hire just about anybody.

Cons

Management plays favorites. They will do just about everything in their power to "doc" your sales. For example, if you make a small mistake on the ticket (e.g. you type in their email wrong) you will have to correct the mistake (in some instances this means following up with 3-4 phone calls), but they will doc your sale (no commission) because you made a mistake, no matter how small or fixable it is.
