We work with start-ups and growing companies, we get to learn about new apps and tools, as well as different industries through our clients. The work we do is extremely rewarding as we play an impactful role in clients' management of finances. We grow with our clients, and we feel successful when our clients are successful. The relationship building is also a big part of the job, which makes the work fun and worthwhile. We also have flexible schedules that helps the work/life balance.
Cons
The nature of the work can be volatile - things and decisions can change quickly based on the client's need. However, that also makes the work interesting.
