you do get paid. a lot of the workers are good people and try to produce a good product. always time to do the job again and again and then again.
Cons
never time to do the job right the first time. little to no coordination to do the job right the first time. get it done not get it right.

Interesting project locations. Christmas home regardless of location.
Cons
Poor organization. Less than honest with customers on shipments, equipment in field. Support of field operations made it difficult to focus on installation.
