      Welcoming and motivating environment Encourages you to strive for success without having a horribly competitive nature - competition is handled incredibly positively! Bosses understand how to make the workplace somewhere you actually want to attend - they know how to balance hard work with an ability to enjoy yourself with colleagues You are able to talk to anyone at any level about anything Everything is very clear - what is expected of you, process to receive promotions, etc Offices are lovely Managers and Founders are incredibly approachable and accessible
